我们一般不推荐引用高热的食物,但是坚果里还含有丰富的蛋白质,而且脂肪成分多为健康的单不饱和脂肪酸。我们的建议是吃一把坚果,而不是成袋成袋地吃。
We generally do not recommend citing hot foods, but nuts are also rich in protein and are mostly healthy, monounsaturated fatty acids. Our suggestion is to eat a nut instead of eating it in bags.
