一、引言当前,房地产价格成为社会关注的热点,自2009年下半年以来,商品房价格持续上涨,房地产企业综合赢利水平大为提高。然而,房地产投资过热的态势十分明显,随着国家宏观调控政策的实施,对于房地产企业而言,如何提升其核心竞争力,在不断规范的房地产市场取得竞争优势,是事关企业长远发展的关键所在,本文就此问题展开初步探讨。
