目的调查目前深圳部分医院的曲马多制剂管理情况。方法抽查深圳3家医院含曲马多制剂的处方,分析曲马多制剂临床应用情况。结果各医院含曲马多制剂的处方不合格率较高,2008年1月、6月及11月的不合格率分别为100%、46%及20%。结论各级医疗机构应加强对曲马多制剂使用的管理,促进临床合理用药。
Objective To investigate the management of tramadol in some hospitals in Shenzhen. Methods A random sample of tramadol preparations in 3 hospitals in Shenzhen was analyzed and the clinical application of tramadol preparations was analyzed. Results The failure rate of prescriptions containing tramadol was higher in each hospital. The failure rates in January, June and November 2008 were 100%, 46% and 20% respectively. Conclusion Medical institutions at all levels should strengthen the management of the use of tramadol preparations to promote clinical rational use of drugs.
