香石竹(Dianthus caryophyllus L.),又名康乃馨,是当今世界四大切花之一,近年来在我国切花市场上也占有越来越重要的地位。香石竹通常是从母株上采插穗进行扦插繁殖,其结果是植株的病毒病和真菌病危害严重,明显降低切花的质量。而采用试管苗,与常规扦插苗相比,其群体长势好,病毒病害轻,花枝增多,切花产量提高,裂苞减少;在相同的田间栽培管理条件下,试管苗脚叶很少脱落,而常规扦插苗,由真菌引起的脚叶脱落或枯死现象则较严重。近十多年来上海率先开展丁香石竹试管苗快速繁
