曾以肾上腺素加冷刺激快速形成血流变性呈粘、浓、凝之大白鼠急性“血瘀”模型。本文用七种已知活血化瘀药—丹参、川芎、当归、赤芍、红花、桃仁、鸡血藤予防治疗。以检测此模型与血瘀证在血流变性改变方面的近似程度,结果表明该七药皆可使模型鼠之全血粘度(低切速)降低,反映其活血作用共性。对其它指标各药作用各不相同,皆对雌鼠作用明显。

In this paper, seven known blood circulation drugs - Salvia, Chuanxiong, Angelica, red peony root, safflower, peach kernel, Millettia to prevent the treatment. To test the model and blood stasis in the degree of hemorheology changes in the degree of approximation, the results show that the seven drugs can make the model mice whole blood viscosity (low shear rate) decreased, reflecting the common role of blood circulation. The other indicators of the different effects of each drug, all obvious effect on female rats.
