黄绿豆是河南省商丘地区农林科研所孟昭璜副研究员以绿豆与甘薯经过无性杂交选择培育而成的性状稳定遗传的绿豆新品种。 黄绿豆植株直立型,株高55厘米,根系发达,茎秆粗壮,分枝3—4个,花为黄色,生育期80天左右,荚长10厘米,荚果一般9—12粒,籽实圆柱形,蛋黄色,有光泽,种脐白色,千粒重80克。 黄绿豆结荚分布均匀,一般单株结荚70个左右,多达90个。1995年试种亩产150公斤,比中绿1号亩产110公斤均36.30％;1996年示范种植亩产175公斤。
