本设计在详尽对比了现有的分插机构运动学、动力学分析方法的基础上,采用复数矢量三角解法及机构动力学的R.S.Berkof方法.建立了连杆式分插机构的数学模型.编制了通用的BASIC语言计算机程序。通过小型电子计算机NORD—100型机(挪威产)的计算,打印并绘出10种国内外分插机构运动学、动力学的性能参数及图形。经对比提出三种性能较好的机型:国产2ZP—935,日本PF—400和SPR—6000。为国内新型水稻插秧机的研制提供了有实用价值的依据。计算程序只有通用性,对于实现连杆曲线运动的其他机械的运动学、动力学研究也是可行的。
