企业发展好坏与企业政工队伍建设有直接的关系。一个企业如果想在多元化快速发展的社会中不断前进,组成企业的员工思想素质和精神面貌需要很好的表现。这就需要加强企业政工队伍的建设,提高企业政工队伍整体素质,为提升企业竞争力和确保良好发展方向提供保障。本文通过对企业政工队伍建设现状和其中存在问题的分析,提出加强企业政工队伍建设的相应策略,以期在今后企业政工队伍建设中起到一定作用。
Business development is good or bad and the construction of political work team has a direct relationship. If an enterprise wants to move forward in a society with diversified and rapid development, the ideological qualities and mental outlook of its employees should be well represented.
