脑组织儿茶酚胺含量的测定是神经系统生理、病理生理、药理及临床研究中的一种重要方法。国内现多采用荧光法,近年来放射酶法亦有报导,前者灵敏度较低,特异性差,后者在这两方面虽较合乎理想,但所需设备较复杂,费用亦较昂贵,不易推广。七十年代以来用高效液相层析(HPLC)与电化学检测连用测定儿茶酚胺的方法国外已有不少报导。我们参照L.J.Felice等人报导的方法,
Determination of catecholamines in brain tissue is an important method in nervous system physiology, pathophysiology, pharmacology and clinical research. Fluorescence is the most commonly used in the country. In recent years, radioimmunoassay has also been reported. The former has low sensitivity and poor specificity. Although the latter is more ideal in these two aspects, the required equipment is more complicated and the cost is more expensive, which is not easy to popularize. Since the seventies with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and electrochemical detection method for the determination of catecholamines abroad have been reported. We refer to the method reported by L.J. Felice et al.
