患者,男,50岁,已婚。因发现阴囊内肿物6个月,于1990年9月11日入院。自诉6个月前无意中发现左侧睾丸增大,在睾丸下端可触及粟粒大小、质地坚硬的肿物。因无任何不适而未加注意。近2个月来,肿物逐渐增大,并有阴囊坠胀感。无尿急、尿频、尿痛,无消瘦、低热等症状。体检:双肾区无压痛及叩击痛,左阴囊明显增大,阴囊皮肤紧张度增高。左阴囊内可触及3cm×3cm×2cm大小的肿物,睾丸下端与睾丸、附睾相融合,质地坚硬,压痛不明显,表面光滑,无结节。实验
