目的:建立同时测定银黄胶囊中黄芩苷和绿原酸含量的测定方法,进行测定条件的考察。方法:紫外分光光度法进行黄芩苷和绿原酸吸收点、提取溶剂、提取时间的考察;高效液相色谱法进行流动相组成、比例的考察。结果:HPLC法同时测定银黄胶囊中黄芩苷和绿原酸的含量经方法学验证,结果良好。结论:该研究为银黄胶囊含量的测定打下了良好的基础,其测定方法简便可行。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of baicalin and chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang Capsules. Methods: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry baicalin and chlorogenic acid absorption point, solvent extraction, extraction time; high performance liquid chromatography mobile phase composition, the ratio of inspection. Results: Simultaneous determination of baicalin and chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang Capsules by HPLC method was validated by method and the results were good. Conclusion: This study laid a good foundation for the determination of the content of Yinhuang Capsule. The determination method is simple and feasible.
