Adverse reactions to blood donation can be divided into venous puncture-related adverse reactions (such as pain in the puncture site, tenderness, congestion, hematoma, etc.) and adverse reactions unrelated to venipuncture (such as vagal reaction, citrate reaction, severe cardiopulmonary reaction Wait). Vasovagal reactions are the most common adverse reactions in blood donation, accounting for 72% of the total number of reactions, with mild and moderate common, severe reactions are rare, accounting for only 0.52%. Severe reactions can be significant symptoms of cerebral hypoxia, fainting, convulsions, unconsciousness, persistent hypotension, bradycardia, symptomatic treatment ineffective, should be immediately sent to the hospital for processing.
