建筑结构施工完成后,机电管线的开槽往往给土建的修补带来了不小的工作量,既影响工期,增加成本,也不易保证施工质量。阐述了利用空心砌块孔洞这一结构特点来暗埋电管,合理减少机电与土建衔接阶段的矛盾,从而达到了减少开槽引起的裂缝通病、提高施工质量、降低施工成本、缩短流水段工期的效果。
