目的 探讨机械性后半规管阻塞前后豚鼠前庭和耳蜗功能的动态变化。方法 采用 2 0只豚鼠建立单侧后半规管阻塞的动物模型 ,观察手术前后眼震电图、听性脑干反应、耳声发射等变化。结果 术后第 1天、第 3天豚鼠正弦摆动刺激术侧眼震反应明显减弱 ,术后第 5天起双侧眼震恢复正常。术后早期ABR阈值一度升高 ,第5天达高峰 ,ABR阈值平均升高 4.5dB。DPOAE反应幅度无明显改变。结论 后半规管阻塞能选择性地消除后半规管的功能而不引起豚鼠耳蜗及其它前庭末梢器官功能的永久性损害
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of vestibular and cochlear function in guinea pigs before and after mechanical semicircular canal obstruction. Methods Twenty guinea pigs were used to establish unilateral posterior semicircular canal obstruction model. The changes of ocular electrogram, auditory brainstem response and otoacoustic emissions before and after operation were observed. Results On the first day and the third day after operation, the nystagmus response of the guinea pigs under the sinusoidal oscillation stimulation was significantly weakened, and bilateral nystagmus returned to normal from the fifth day after the operation. After the first ABR threshold increased once, reached the peak on the 5th day, the average ABR threshold increased 4.5dB. DPOAE reaction amplitude no significant change. Conclusions The posterior semicircular canal blockade selectively abolishes the function of the posterior semicircular canal without causing permanent damage to the functioning of the guinea pig cochlear and other vestibular terminals
