目的 观察Tip -Edge技术矫治安Ⅱ2 错牙合的疗效。方法 对 2 1名恒牙期安氏Ⅱ2 错牙合患者 ,以Tip-Edge技术矫治 ,作治疗前、后X线头影测量分析 ,并进行统计学检验。结果 SNB、U1-SN、L1-MP及U6 -PP距、L6 -MP距明显增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,ANB、U1-LI、U1-PP距及L1-MP距则明显减少 ,与治疗前比较有统计学意义 ;SN -MP、FH、MP、Y轴角、ANS -Me和ANS -Me/N -Me均有增大 ,SNA及SN -PP则无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 Tip -Edge技术通过压低前牙和使磨牙伸长 ,使面下高增加 ,下颌骨向下后旋转 ,面型得以改善
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tip -Edge technique on the malocclusion of Angle Ⅱ2 malocclusion. Methods Twenty-one permanent malocclusion patients with Angle Ⅱ2 malocclusion were treated with Tip-Edge technique. Before and after treatment, X-ray cephalometric analysis was performed and statistical tests were performed. Results The distance of SNP, U1-SN, L1-MP, U6-PP and L6-MP were significantly increased (P <0.01) (P> 0.05). The levels of SN-MP, FH, MP, Y-axis, ANS-Me and ANS-Me / N -Me all increased, but there was no significant difference between SNA and SN- .0 5). Conclusions Tip -Edge technology improves the face under-face height by lowering the anterior teeth and extending the molars, rotating the mandible downwards
