公证制度是我国法律制度的重要组成部分,公证效力就是指公证作为一种法律制度所能够达到的效果以及对社会产生的约束力。公证法律效力在公证制度当中掌握着全局性,其是公证制度的生命所在。本文通过对公证效力的概念的分析,结合公证法律效力的内容以及法律效力的来源,探讨公证制度存在的问题以及完善的对策。
Notarization system is an important part of our legal system, notarization effectiveness refers to the notarization as a legal system can achieve the effect and binding on society. The legal effect of notarization holds the overall position in the notarial system, which is where the notarial system lives. In this paper, through analyzing the concept of notarization validity, combining with the content of legal validity of notarization and the source of legal effect, this paper discusses the problems existing in notary system and the countermeasures.
