分层教学是一种面向全体学生的教学方法,它强调教师的教学要符合学生的学习需求,每一个学生都是不同的个体,不能为了小部分学生的发展而忽视了大部分学生的发展。在数学教学中,要做到分层提高,让优生冒出来,后进生不掉队,大多数学生往前走,整体优化全体学生,就需要做到因材施教,针对学生的个体差异实行分层教学。结合农村中学数学教学的具体情况,谈谈自己对分层教学的认识与实践。
