随着时间的推移和社会的进步,很多家族企业已经退出了人们的视野。中国传统的家族企业在外部环境和内部需求下面对着管理模式转型的问题,以促进家族企业“二次创业”的良性发展。起源于我国的众多思想被世界各国的企业家们推崇,太极文化也不例外,太极文化中有许多思想与理念被用于企业管理之中。太极文化作为中国民族传统文化的灵魂,它展现了中国传统文化精髓的同时也对我国家族企业管理模式转型提供了指导意见。太极中“贴得紧”比不上合二为一、“兼听则明,亨通无阻”、“追求和谐,和而不同”的观点成为家族企业在泛家族化管理模式的转变中指导性的建议。
