目的观察淡色库蚊的羽化、交配、吸血及产卵等行为习性,为评价媒介作用及制定防治措施提供依据。方法在实验室条件下,观察不同时间羽化的淡色库蚊雌雄成蚊比例、交配行为对吸血行为的影响、不同颜色及不同产卵基质对淡色库蚊产卵行为的影响。结果第1天羽化的成蚊中,雄蚊的比例>95%;羽化后的雌蚊分别在第3天和第6天出现2个吸血高峰;未交配雌蚊吸血频率更高,吸血后可正常产卵;羽化后3 d内交配的雌蚊吸血率明显高于羽化后4 d交配的雌蚊;黑色及饲养过淡色库蚊幼虫的水质对雌蚊产卵具有较强的引诱作用。结论阻断交配的防控模式不适合防控淡色库蚊种群,深色和含幼虫体表化合物的水质可应用于淡色库蚊的诱捕装置中。
Objective To observe the behaviors of Culex pipiens pallens such as emergence, mating, blood-sucking and spawning, and to provide the basis for evaluating the role of vector and making control measures. Methods Under laboratory conditions, the effects of adult and adult mosquitoes on Culex pipiens pallens emergence at different times, the influence of mating behavior on the blood-sucking behavior and the oviposition behavior of Culex pipiens pallens over different colors and different spawning substrates were observed. Results The fecundity of adult mosquitoes on the first day was> 95%. The fecundity of female mosquitoes showed two peak blood vamps on the third day and the sixth day respectively. The frequency of vomiting was higher in the unpaired female mosquitoes, The spawning rate of female mosquitoes mating within 3 days after eclosion was significantly higher than that of female mosquitoes mating 4 days after eclosion. The water quality of black and reared Culex pipiens pallens larvae strongly induced oviposition of female mosquitoes. Conclusion The mode of preventing and controlling mating is not suitable for the control of Culex pipiens pallens population. The water quality of dark color and larval body surface compounds can be applied to the trap of Culex pipiens pallens.
