随着社会的不断发展,越来越多的职业院校不断地兴起。职业院校的兴起,离不开师资队伍的建设。而师德建设的好坏,直接关系到师资队伍的质量。分析了高职院校师德建设的基本情况,并就此问题进行了分析,结合当前信息技术的发展以及在单位的实际情况,总结摸索出一种有利于师德建设的方法,以期为我国高等职业技术院校的师德建设作出贡献。
With the continuous development of society, more and more vocational colleges and universities are constantly emerging. The rise of vocational schools, inseparable from the construction of teachers. The construction of teacher morality is directly related to the quality of teaching staff. Analyzes the basic situation of the construction of teachers ’morality in higher vocational colleges and analyzes the problems. Combining with the current development of information technology and the actual situation of the units, this paper sums up a method which is conducive to the construction of teachers’ morality, Professional and technical colleges and universities to build morality to contribute.
