随着铁道部的撤销,如何深化改革,发展铁路企业,加强绩效考核,发展绩效考核的引领作用,并建立科学合理的绩效考核评价体系,是现如今铁路施工企业面临的一个重大问题。本文以铁路施工企业为主要研究对象,探讨绩效考核目前所存在的问题,并提出解决策略。
With the revocation of the Ministry of Railways, how to deepen the reform, develop railway enterprises, strengthen the performance appraisal, and develop the leading role of performance appraisal, and establish a scientific and rational performance appraisal system is now a major issue for railway construction enterprises. In this paper, the railway construction enterprises as the main research object, to explore the current problems in performance appraisal, and propose solutions.
