我院对外伤性晶体脱位患者进行晶体切除术４８例４８只眼，其中，晶体半脱位２９例，全脱位１９例。４１例采用三通道睫状体平坦部巩膜入口，７例取角膜缘入口，１９例Ⅰ期植入人工晶体。术前视力在光感～０．１之间。出院视力０．１及其以上者３２例（６６．６７％），其中≥０．３者１９例（３９．５８％）。手术并发症有前房和玻璃体出血５例，锯齿缘离断１例。同时还讨论了该术式的适应证、优点、手术体会和注意事项
In our hospital, 48 patients (48 eyes) with discectomy of traumatic brain were treated by crystal excision. Among them, 29 were subluxated and 19 were fully dislocated. Forty-one patients received three-channel ciliary body scleral entrance, seven patients received limbal infiltration, and 19 patients received intraocular lens implantation. Preoperative visual acuity in light perception ~ 0.1 between. There were 32 cases (66.67%) with discharge visual acuity of 0.1 and above, of which 19 cases (39.58%) were ≥0.3. Complications of anterior chamber and vitreous hemorrhage in 5 cases, serrated edge off in 1 case. Also discussed the surgical indications, advantages, surgical experience and precautions
