Main Problems in China’s National Debt Market 1. The imperfect structure of the national debt market hinders the enhancement and extension of the functions of the national debt market. 2. The lack of training for the investors in the bond market has restricted the development of the bond market. 3. Due to the small size of government bonds, it is difficult for the various functions of the government bond market to function normally. 4. The bond market still lacks standardized legal constraints and an effective regulatory system.
