社区的空间相当广阔,大有作为。社区的事物繁杂,社区工作者所承担的责任重大,关系到百姓生活的方方面面。吃喝拉撒睡,样样都要管。这难办那难办,只要居委会出面,事事都方便。社区工作者是社区居民的贴心人。 如今我国社区建设蓬勃发展,所取得的成就离不开默默为其奉献的社区人,这里既有民选产生的社区工作者,也有退休在家的老人;既有驻区共建的社区机关单位,也有不计报酬只讲奉献的志愿者。在经济转轨时期,有的人一心追求经济利益和个人利益,而他们却舍小家、顾大家,不为名、不图利,为社区建设添砖加瓦,为百姓生活提供方便。编辑部每天都收到大量来稿,其中写人物的不少,写得很不错的也不少。我们这一期的主题,集中做一次人物专刊,让这些人物从后台转向前台,将他们的多彩人生展现在大家面前。在我们共同品味他们奉献精神的同时,也希望更多的读者继续惠赐人物佳作,让社区群星更加灿烂,大放异彩。
The community has a vast space and a lot of room for improvement. The complicated things in the community and the heavy responsibility of community workers have implications for all aspects of people’s lives. Community workers are close personalities of community residents. At present, the vigorous development of China’s community construction can not be achieved without the community people silently contributing to it. There are both elected community workers and elderly people who are retired at home; both community-based units that are established in the district and Dedicated volunteers, regardless of remuneration. In the period of economic transition, some people are bent on pursuing economic and personal interests. However, they are trying to sacrifice their families and care for them. They are not famous names and do not benefit from profits. They contribute to community building and provide convenience to people’s lives. The editorial department received a large number of manuscripts every day, many of whom were writers and write well. Our theme for this issue is to concentrate on making a special issue of figures so that these characters can be turned from the background to the foreground and their colorful life will be presented to everyone. While we share their dedication, we also hope that more readers will continue to give their best people a chance to make our community stars more splendid and shine.
