对碳纤维赛车车架进行了有限元分析,并优化了碳纤维铺层设计。使得在满足碳纤维综合性能的前提下,材料消耗最小。为了保证车架精确的尺寸和复杂的外形要求,采用真空辅助RTM法成型工艺,使制品纤维体积含量较高,力学性能良好。
The finite element analysis of carbon fiber racing frame was carried out and the design of carbon fiber layer was optimized. Making the carbon fiber to meet the overall performance under the premise of material consumption minimum. In order to ensure accurate frame size and complex shape requirements, vacuum assisted RTM molding process, the product of high volume fiber content, good mechanical properties.
