蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的诊断及治疗

报告24例蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤,根据临床实用观点,可分为内侧型及外侧型两类,各型症状及体征不尽相同。强调脑血管造影可以帮助了解肿瘤血运情况,此点是CT检查所不能代替的。本组均行手术治疗。肉眼全切者15例;死亡2例。强调术中控制出血、处理好肿瘤基底部血管和妥善保护周围重要结构是手术成功的关键。

Emphasis on cerebral angiography can help understand the situation of tumor blood flow, this point is the CT examination can not be replaced. This group of patients underwent surgical treatment. Eye naked eye cut in all 15 cases; 2 died. Emphasize intraoperative control of bleeding, to handle the tumor base of the blood vessels and proper protection of the surrounding important structure is the key to the success of the operation.
