对水利项目建设来说,为其构建一套相对完善和全面的技术质量监督体系是相当重要的,特别是项目建设阶段的质量监督实践举措探索和施工质量评价方案建立都能从一定程度上改善其项目完成度,确保工程进度顺利。文章以水利工程质量监督控制为背景,为其建立质量控制数学模型,并针对项目中各个环节的质量监督给出相应意见,探寻建设阶段质量监督之于水利项目工程的现实意义。
For the construction of water conservancy projects, it is quite important to build a relatively complete and comprehensive technical quality supervision system for it. In particular, exploration of quality supervision practice and establishment of construction quality evaluation programs in the project construction phase can all be improved to a certain extent The degree of completion of the project to ensure the smooth progress of the project. The paper takes the water quality supervision and control as the background, establishes the mathematical model of quality control for it, and gives corresponding opinions on the quality supervision of every link in the project, and probes into the practical significance of quality supervision in the water project.
