绿色施工涉及到与可持续发展密切相关的生态与环境保护、资源与能源利用、社会与经济发展问题,实施绿色施工是可持续发展思想在工程施工阶段的应用,对促进建筑业可持续发展具有重要意义。提高人们的绿色施工意识、解决经济性障碍、建立和完善法规制度体系和评价体系,是促进绿色施工的必要措施。随着可持续发展战略的进一步实施,实施绿色施工必将成为社会的必然选择。本文分析了绿色施工的重要作用,提出了绿色施工原则和一些有用的绿色施工技术措施。
Green construction involves ecological and environmental protection, utilization of resources and energy, social and economic development, which are closely related to sustainable development. The implementation of green construction is the application of the idea of sustainable development in the construction phase and has the following functions in promoting the sustainable development of the construction industry: Significance. To raise people’s awareness of green construction, solve economic barriers, and establish and improve the system of laws and regulations and evaluation system are necessary measures to promote green construction. With the further implementation of the strategy of sustainable development, the implementation of green construction will surely become the inevitable choice of the society. This paper analyzes the important role of green construction, puts forward the green construction principle and some useful green construction technical measures.
