促进学生积极有效地学习,改变或改善学生的学习方式,已成为新课程背景下课堂改革的重要方向。在教学中,教师的“教”是促进有效学习发生的最重要的外部条件,教师需要以是否有助于学生有效学习为依据,懂得和熟练地运用学习规律,从学生的“学”的角度来设计、组织和评价教学。如何促进学生有效学习从观念上和行为上都对教师提出了许多要求,本文主要从学习动机的培养、已有知识经验的利用、学习策略的合理使用以及有效学习时间的提供等四个方面对教师的教学要求进行阐述。
