临床研究提示,麝香保心丸对缺血心肌具有保护作用,其机制可能与扩张冠脉、减低心肌耗氧量、增强心肌耐缺氧能力、改善心功能等有关。但麝香保心丸对心力衰竭有无治疗作用尚未见报道,我们观察了麝香保心丸对慢性心衰大鼠血流动力学及血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的影响,试图阐明其对心力衰竭是否有治疗作用及其作用机制。
