图1所示的塞规,材料38CrMoAIA,HRC64,在MG1432或MG1432A磨床上,采用GG80ZR_1A砂轮进行磨削。砂轮修整量S_(?)为0.01mm/r,t_d为0.0025mm/单程,修整进给三次,无进给修光一次。磨削用量:砂轮线速度为18m/s,工件的线速度为5~7m/min,横向进给量为0.0025mm/双程,工作台速度为60~80mm/min,横向进给次数按工件实际加工余量决定,最后无火花行程数为3(?)4个双行程。通过此工艺超精磨削后,塞规表面可达▽13的雾状镜面光洁度。
