Rural health funds are the basic conditions for the existence and development of rural health services. With the establishment of the socialist market economic system, whether or not the rural health investment will increase, and how to compensate for rural medical and health care expenditures have attracted the attention of many people and are problems that deserve research and urgent solutions. Over the past 10 years of reforms, governments at all levels and the health sector have increased health investment through various channels and forms and have promoted the development of China’s health industry.
