介绍一个探索型综合实验——以纳米TiO2为载体,用3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基-十八烷基二甲基氯化铵(TSA)为偶联剂进行化学偶联反应制备了纳米TiO2季铵盐衍生物(TiO2-TSA)。采用X射线粉末衍射仪及红外光谱对产物的结构进行表征,产物的形貌由扫描电子显微镜进行表征,并通过悬菌定量实验研究产物的抗菌性能。
This paper presents an exploratory synthesis experiment - using nano-TiO2 as the carrier and chemical coupling reaction with 3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyl-octadecyldimethyl ammonium chloride (TSA) as coupling agent The nano-TiO2 quaternary ammonium salt derivative (TiO2-TSA). The structure of the product was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and infrared spectroscopy. The morphology of the product was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The antibacterial activity of the product was studied by quantitative experiment.
