用新开发的恒应变速率试验方法研究了X20CrMoV12·1管接头蠕变行为,重点考虑了不同焊接条件和焊缝填充金属种类的影响。研究表明,X20CrMoV12·1焊接接头的蠕变强度低于母材金属和焊缝金属,且不受预热温度、焊后热处理次数、甚致填充金属种类的影响。焊接热影响区(HAZ)细晶区外部“第Ⅳ型”区的蠕变强度最低。在设计中,如果允许由内部压力和系统应力引起的轴向应力与周向应力等,那么采用一个小于1的焊缝系数将是必要的。
The creep behavior of X20CrMoV12.1 pipe joint was studied with a newly developed constant strain rate test method, and the influence of different welding conditions and filler metal species was considered. The results show that the creep strength of X20CrMoV12.1 welded joint is lower than that of base metal and weld metal, and is not affected by the preheating temperature, the number of heat treatment after welding, and even the kind of filler metal. The “Type IV” zone outside the fine-grained HAZ has the lowest creep strength. In design, it is necessary to use a weld factor smaller than 1 if axial stress and circumferential stress caused by internal pressure and system stress are allowed.
