食品安全问题是当前社会普遍关注的焦点问题。而食品安全意识不仅影响消费者自身的消费行为,也对食品安全具有重要的引导、监督和推动作用。本文以秦皇岛市高校学生为研究对象开展食品安全相关问题的问卷调查,通过对问卷的统计和分析,了解本市大学生食品安全意识的现状,分析大学生在食品安全知识、态度和食品安全行为方面存在的主要问题,提出相应的建议,为高校开展食品安全教育提供科学依据。
The issue of food safety is the focus of widespread concern in the current society. The awareness of food safety not only affects consumers’ own consumption behavior, but also plays an important guiding, supervising and promoting role in food safety. This paper takes Qinhuangdao city college students as the research object to carry on the questionnaire that the food safety related question, through the questionnaire statistics and the analysis, understands the present university student food safety consciousness present situation, analyzes the university student to exist in the food safety knowledge, the attitude and the food safety behavior The main issues, put forward the corresponding recommendations for the development of food safety education colleges to provide a scientific basis.
