随着经济体制的改革速度不断加快,事业单位的改革工作也逐渐深化,提升人事档案管理的标准化和规范化,成为了事业单位发展的重要议题和当务之急。同时信息化程度的加快,以及档案资料的日趋繁多,也对档案管理工作提出了标准化和规范化的要求。笔者正是出于这样的考量,对如何加强人事档案工作的规范化和标准化做出了研究。
