在福建省高教处的支持下,福建省大学外语教学研究会于1990年11月4日至11月8日在厦门市集美村举行了第四届科学讨论会。大会讨论和总结了大学英语 CET—4及 CET—6级考试成绩及存在的问题,交流了各校体制改革及教学管理的经验,宣讲和传阅了有关精读、泛读、听力、写作、测试等方面教学的论文。大会共收到论文43篇,并给作者颁发了相应的论文证书。这不仅对全省的大学英
