[案情]2013年8月21日21时55分许,齐某光醉酒后驾驶无号牌二轮摩托车行驶时,因处置不当,与唐某驾驶的小型普通客车相撞,齐某光受伤,经抢救无效死亡。该事故经交警部门认定,齐某光与唐某承担事故同等责任。齐某光的亲属向法院提起诉讼,其中,长女原告齐某婧,2006年11月11日出生,次女原告齐某婕,于2013年11月22日出生。原告要求肇事客车主赔偿包括死者遗腹子17年的抚养费在内的各项损失50万元。肇事车辆小型普通客车在保险公司投有交强险,保险公司已赔付完毕。
