目的探讨中西医结合治疗骨折延迟愈合及不愈合的临床效果。方法 50例患者骨折延迟愈合及不愈合予植骨内固定、手法复位小夹板或石膏外固定、骨外穿针固定架加压治疗等西医治疗,同时与中药随诊加减治疗,用药3个月。结果经治疗后患者肿胀、疼痛消失快,骨痂形成快,治愈39例;有效10例,无效1例。临床愈合时间60 d~7个月,平均(81.75±13.56)d。结论传统的自体骨移植及适当的内固定配合中药治疗,能够加速骨折愈合,缩短治疗时间,未见任何不良反应及不适,经济实用,值得进一步研究与推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of delayed union and nonunion of fractures. Methods 50 cases of patients with delayed union and nonunion of bone graft fixation, manual reduction of small splint or gypsum external fixation, external fixation with bone fixation and other Western medicine treatment, followed up with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, medication 3 month. Results After treatment, the patient swelled, the pain disappeared rapidly, the callus quickly formed and cured 39 cases, 10 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective. Clinical healing time 60 d ~ 7 months, mean (81.75 ± 13.56) d. Conclusion Traditional autologous bone graft and proper internal fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can accelerate fracture healing and shorten the treatment time without any adverse reactions and discomfort, which is economical and practical and deserves further study and promotion.
