用Genepro程序在计算机上对抗肌萎缩蛋白基因缺失热区部分44号、50号和51号内含子进行分析,结果表明该基因缺失热区AT(腺嘌呤-胸腺嘧啶)含量高,呈聚集性分布。并存在多个同源顺序。该结果支持作者以前提出的“不同内含子中AT富集区的同源顺序与DNA缺失有关”的结论。
Analysis of 44, 50 and 51 introns in the hot region of the loss of the dystrophin gene by Genepro program on the computer showed that AT (adenine-thymine) distributed. There are multiple homologous sequences. This result supports the authors’ earlier conclusion that “the homologous sequences of AT-rich regions in different introns are associated with DNA deletions”.
