作为事关民生的重要内容,与往年一样,医疗卫生问题依然是两会最受关注的话题之一。国务院总理李克强提出用中国式办法解决医改这个世界性难题,引起普遍关注。国家卫计委主任李斌用“三项改革扎实推进,两大服务长足发展”总结了过去一年来国家卫计委的工作。公立医院改革、医患关系、社会办医等老问题依然受到两会委员的关注,“单独二孩”、拒绝收受红包、医疗暴力事件等新话题也成了委员和媒体的重点关切。
As an important part of people’s livelihood, just as in previous years, the issue of health care is still one of the topics of greatest concern to both parties. Li Keqiang, premier of the State Council, put forward a universal solution to the worldwide problem of medical reform through a Chinese-style solution. Li Bin, director of the State Health and Planning Commission, used the “three reforms to push solidly forward and the two major services to make great strides in development”, summarizing the work of the State Health Planning Commission over the past year. Public hospitals reform, doctor-patient relationship, and social issues such as medical treatment are still subject to the concerns of the NPC and CPPCC members. New issues such as “solitary second child”, refusal to accept red envelopes and medical violence have also become the key concerns of members and the media.
