目的:建立一种典型、稳定的非胰岛素依赖性糖尿糖(NIDDM)动物模型。方法:新生雄性Wistar大鼠生后2 d 随机分两组:正常对照组腹腔注射柠檬酸钠缓冲液,NIDDM 组一次性腹腔注射链脲霉素(STZ),10 周后检测糖耐量以确定NIDDM 模型的建立。25 周后检测糖耐量和胰岛素。结果:NIDDM 组与对照组相比空腹血糖轻度升高,餐后血糖明显升高,糖耐量异常,此特点持续时间长。胰岛素下降。结论:该模型是研究NIDDM 及其并发症的一种理想载体
Objective: To establish a typical and stable animal model of non-insulin-dependent diabetic (NIDDM). Methods: Newborn male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups at 2 days after birth. Sodium citrate buffer was injected intraperitoneally into the normal control group. STZ was injected intraperitoneally into the NIDDM group. After 10 weeks, glucose tolerance was measured to determine NIDDM Model establishment. Twenty-five weeks later, glucose tolerance and insulin levels were measured. Results: Compared with the control group, NIDDM group had mild fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose significantly increased, and impaired glucose tolerance. This characteristic lasted for a long time. Insulin drops. Conclusion: This model is an ideal carrier for studying NIDDM and its complications
