随着市场经济的不断推进,人民生活水平的不断提高,离退休人员对经济待遇方面的信访诉求,对国家、企业新出台政策的认识、理解、认同度方面信访诉求,要求给予提高精神生活质量方面的信访诉求等等逐年增多,严重的甚至出现群体性上访现象。如何做好企业离退休信访工作,有效化解矛盾,是促进企业和谐发展的一项重要政治工作。本文对当前如何做好企业信访工作提出了建议和对策。
