目的 :探讨HA -TI涂层牙种植体的临床应用疗效。方法 :对 36例上颌前牙患者共种植羟基磷灰石涂层种植体 4 1枚 ,术后 6个月用种植固定义齿方法进行烤瓷冠修复。结果 :完成冠修复后 ,通过 36个月的随访 ,种植体累积成功率为 85 .3%。结论 :严格的适应症和精细的外科操作及正确的修复是种植成功的关键 ,羟基磷灰石涂层牙种植体可对上颌前牙缺失进行良好的修复。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of HA-TI coated dental implants. Methods: Thirty - six patients with maxillary anterior teeth were implanted with 41 hydroxyapatite - coated implants, and were implanted with porcelain crowns after 6 months. Results: After 36 months of follow-up, the cumulative success rate of implant was 85.3%. Conclusion: Strict indications, fine surgical operation and proper repair are the keys to successful implantation. Hydroxyapatite-coated dental implants can repair the anterior maxillary anterior teeth defects.
