《浙江省嵊县社会、经济、科技协调开发模型》是“六五”期间经济科学国家重点课题《系统论、控制论、信息论在经济管理中的应用》的主要子课题。该项研究成果,在1986年全国性鉴定会上,被鉴定为“达到国内先进水平”,在某些方面,“与国内同类研究相比,居于领先地位”。这个模型经过嵊县几年的实际应用后,总的来看,出现了模型所预期的协调发展态势,但运转阻力较大,效果不尽如人意,特别是离模型的宗旨——“协调开发”相去甚远。对此,本文将结合嵊县经济发展的实际,进行分析和评价。
