GA_3对水稻胚根伸长有促进作用,但根系活力未见明显增强。TA对稻苗根生长和发根力有比较明显的促进作用,TA处理的稻苗表现出较强的根系活力。低浓度(0.1,0.5,1,5ppm)6-BA和NAA溶液培养对水稻根系有较明显的抑制作用。较低浓度的CCC和PIX,对小麦根的生长有促进作用,高浓度则有抑制作用。在较低浓度溶液中培养,小麦根尖的呼吸强度和脱氢酶活性均比对照高,在高浓度溶液中培养,小麦根尖呼吸强度和脱氢酶活性又低于对照。在CCC和PIX所试验的各种浓度中,小麦地上部生长均呈现抑制效应,浓度越高,抑制越强烈。
GA_3 promoted the elongation of rice root, but no significant increase in root activity. TA promoted the seedling root growth and hair root vigor obviously, and TA-treated rice seedlings showed stronger root activity. Low concentrations (0.1, 0.5, 1, 5ppm) of 6-BA and NAA solution on rice root more obvious inhibition. Lower concentrations of CCC and PIX promoted the growth of wheat roots and inhibited them at high concentrations. In the lower concentration solution, the respiration rate and dehydrogenase activity of wheat root tips were higher than those of the control. In the high concentration solution, the respiration rate and dehydrogenase activity of wheat root tips were lower than that of the control. In the CCC and PIX tested at various concentrations, wheat shoot growth showed inhibitory effect, the higher the concentration, the more inhibitory.
