这是改革开放以后一次非常重要的、第一个关于利用外资的学术研讨会。在我国利用外资的道路上,具有开创性和指导意义。 2009年是新中国成立60周年,也是中行新生60年。1960年,我进入人行国外局(中国银行前身),从事金融研究工作,这期间因为工作的关系,我参加过无数次关于经济、金融改革的研讨会,但是给我印象最深,一直没有忘怀的是1980年1月29日到2月6日在北京宣武门月秀宾馆召开的利用外资问题座谈会。
This is a very important after the reform and opening up, the first academic seminar on the use of foreign investment. On the path of using foreign capital in our country, it has a pioneering and guiding significance. 2009 is the 60th anniversary of the founding of new China, but also a 60-year bachelors degree. In 1960, I went to the People’s Bank of China (the predecessor of the Bank of China) to work in financial research. During this period, I participated in numerous seminars on economic and financial reforms because of my work. However, I was most impressed and never forgotten. January 29, 1980 to February 6 in Beijing Xuanwumen Yuexiu Hotel held forum on the use of foreign investment.
