目的:探讨康复科患者及家属健康教育需求,并提出针对性的管理建议。方法:选择从2015年5月~2016年4月在医院接受治疗的96例患者及家属,对患者及家属进行问卷调查,统计患者及家属对健康教育的时间、形式、内容及对健康教育实施者的需要。结果:患者及家属迫切需要在在入院后3d内进行健康教育,其次是住院中;健康教育内容迫切需要康复治疗方法,其次是临床一般治疗方法和康复目标(疾病预后);教育形式迫切需要个别指导,其次是教育手册;施教者最受欢迎的是治疗师,其次是医生。结论:在健康教育中治疗师、医生及护士应精诚合作,做好入院后3d内的健康教育,教育形式应以个别指导和教育手册为主,注重康复治疗方法、一般治疗方法、康复目标的讲解与介绍,确保健康教育质量不断提升。
Objective: To explore the health education needs of patients and their families in rehabilitation department and to put forward some suggestions on management. Methods: From May 2015 to April 2016, 96 patients and their relatives who were treated in the hospital were selected. Questionnaires were made on the patients and their families. The time, form and content of health education and their health education were calculated The needs of the people. Results: Patients and their families urgently need to have health education within 3 days after admission, followed by hospitalization. The content of health education urgently needs rehabilitation treatment, followed by the general clinical treatment and rehabilitation goals (disease prognosis). The education form urgently needs individual Instruction, followed by education manuals; the most popular are therapists, followed by doctors. Conclusions: Therapists, doctors and nurses in health education should cooperate sincerely and do a good job of health education within 3 days after admission. The forms of education should be based on individual guidance and education manuals, focusing on rehabilitation methods, general treatment methods, and rehabilitation goals Explain and introduce to ensure that the quality of health education continues to improve.
