网络环境下著作权集体管理有了新的含义。本文针对网络环境作品使用出现的新问题,提出在网络世界建立由网络服务商为管理者的综合性集体管理组织并给予网络服务商进行集体管理的具体操作的初步建议。
The collective management of copyright under the network environment has a new meaning. In this paper, aiming at the new problems in the use of the works of network environment, this paper puts forward some preliminary suggestions on how to set up a comprehensive collective management organization with network service providers as managers in network world and give network service providers collective management.
