施耐庵因在《水浒传》中将很多妇女写成淫妇、荡妇,故为自己带来了不少麻烦,先是在远游途中被潘金莲、潘巧云、阎婆惜拦住,着实数落了一通;后又被几个现代专家、学者讥评了一番。他感到好生委屈,但却百口难辩,不得已请来了梁山好汉,让他们回答现代专家们的责问。下面这段文字,记的就是这桩公案的前前后后。 一 却说耐庵先生历数年之功写成一部卷帙浩繁的《水浒传》,心里甚觉得意,自思:我这部书问世之后,肯定会产生轰动,我何不趁眼下无事身轻之际,到各处去遛遛?一来可遣兴,二来亦可探察世人对我这部书的反应。于是乎,他略整行装,便悠然踏上了出游之路。
